How Hearing Works, and how to spot a Potential Hearing Loss
About HearingGood morning. just a quick text to say thank you for your help yesterday. The settings you made are spot on, my hearing seems very natural and clear. I could even hear Naga Munchetty on the BBC news for the first time today. Many thanks.
Mick T from LeicestershireI would just like to say how please I was with the service that Amy Tite gave me, she is a credit to your company.

The problems of deafness are deeper and more complex, if not more important, than those of blindness. Deafness is a much worse misfortune. For it means the loss of the most vital stimulus — the sound of the voice that brings language, sets thoughts astir and keeps us in the intellectual company of man.

Blindness cuts us off from things, but deafness cuts us off from people.

About Healthy Hearing
If you live with a hearing loss then you’ll know how difficult it makes getting on with your life.
I started Healthy Hearing in 2001 with the sole objective to help people. Our company is all about improving people’s lives by improving their hearing…nothing else matters.
We have five dedicated Hearing centres. Three located in the East Midlands covering from the Peak District, and South Yorkshire down to Northamptonshire, and from the East coast across to Cambridgeshire, Rutland and Leicestershire ; and two in the South, covering Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset.
You can come to see us in Stamford, Loughborough, Oakham, Ferndown and New Milton as well as numerous associated partners who host our services and provide free hearing assessments in local venues. We complement our coverage with free home visit appointments for those unable to travel to see us. As specialists in hearing care we offer hearing systems from all the major manufacturers and offer all styles of device. Our Hearing aid suppliers also provide a wide range of assistive listening devices which will allow users to connect to other media such as television, telephones and remote microphones, which all feed the sound directly into the hearing aids. Of course from a company like Healthy Hearing, you can also invest in help to protect your hearing from excessive noise such as shooting, industrial and DIY noise, or purchase specialist earplugs for swimming or headphone adaption.
