We know price is really important, and that´s why we put so much effort into getting it right. We try our hardest to check and match the prices of our competitors. We even match competitors’ sale prices.

So, if you buy a product from us and find it cheaper with a competitor, then we’ll match that price for you if you’ve ordered, or refund the difference for up to 28 days afterwards if you have already been fitted.  We do, of course, ask that that the same guarantees and aftercare are included. We will also only match like for like competitors i.e. they are not lead generation companies and are also 5-Star partners with the manufacturer.

So, in the highly unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your hearing system within the first 28-days then we will guarantee to refund you – provided you return the hearing system in good condition within 28-days.
