Tim will work alongside the management team to grow Healthy Hearing and take it to the next level via acquisition and organic growth. Tim’s experience has been in growth and development within manufacturers and also with retailers. Tim has grown Starkey at to an amazing 300% profit increase in only two and a half years.
At the core of Tim’s skill set is a qualified accountant who operated in the capacity of Finance and Operations Director at Sonova. Whilst working for 11-years at Sonova (Phonak) Tim completed over 120 individual investments which ranged from small independents to multiple acquisitions. Tim took a failing small business arm of Sonova, FM systems, and grew it over 2-years to be a £multi-million operating channel within the group.
Tim is delighted to join Healthy Hearing and help drive and support the planned expansion of the business.
