In our Ferndown Hearing Centre, you can always be assured of a warm welcome from our friendly and experienced Customer Service Advisors Alyson andJessica who understand the running of our busy hearing centre. They will always put you at your ease and will be able to assist with making appointments or minor hearing aid repairs.

We advise taking advantage of free parking Tesco’s, which is only a few minutes walkaway. Please note that the centre is on a pedestrianised street so drop offs will not be right outside the door.
